Milyen az Istenszülő lelkisége? Ezt a témát járta körbe a papfeleségek egynapos lelkigyakorlata.
Az eseményre a nemrég megnyitott Szent Jakab lelkigyakorlatos házban került sor, amely Nagyszőlős szélén található.
A mintegy két és fél éve tartó háború az itt élők lelki- és mentális állapotára, valamint az emberi kapcsolatokra is rányomja a bélyegét. Ezeknek az emberi kríziseknek közvetett és közvetlen hatásai is megmutatkoznak a papcsaládok életében. Egyházunk berkein belül igyekszünk segítséget nyújtani a lelkigondozás területén is. Elsősorban ezt a célt szolgálta Dr. Makkai László görögkatolikus áldozópap, mentálhigiénés szakember meghívása, aki ezúttal a papfeleségek számára az Istenszülő példáján keresztül igyekezett hasznos tanácsokat adni a mindennapi nehézségek leküzdésében.
Az előadások mellett a papnék számára lehetőség adódott a közös imádságra a zsolozsma elvégzésével, de ugyanígy volt alkalmuk arra is, hogy saját gondolataikat osszák meg a többi résztvevővel, akár az előadás közben, akár magánbeszélgetések alkalmával. Ki-ki megfogalmazhatta magában, milyen módon volt rá hatással a kánai menyegző története, milyen üzenetet, milyen lelki ajándékot visz haza magával családjába, egyházközségébe.
Az egynapos esemény lelki felfrissülésként és megerősítésül szolgált mindazok számára, akik nyári egyházközségi elfoglaltságaik közepette időt szakítottak a találkozásra és együtt imádkozásra. A Beregszászi Görögkatolikus Esperesi Hivatal további lelki programok lebonyolítását is tervezi a 2024-es esztendőben.

How can we describe the spirituality of the Mother of God? This was the theme of the one-day retreat of the priests' wives. The event took place in the recently opened House of Spiritual Renewal named after St. James, which is located on the outskirts of Vinogradovo.
The war, which lasted for about two and a half years, left its mark on the spiritual and mental condition of the people living in Ukraine, as well as on human relations. The indirect and direct effects of these human crises can even reach the lives of priest families. Within the framework of our church, we also try to provide help in the field of spiritual care. This was primarily the purpose of the invitation of Dr. László Makkai, a Greek Catholic priest and mental health specialist, who this time tried to give useful advice to the wives of priests in overcoming everyday difficulties through the example of the Holy Mother Mary.
In addition to the lectures, the wives had the opportunity to pray together by performing the liturgy of hours, but they also had the opportunity to share their own thoughts with the other participants, either during the lecture or during private conversations. Everyone could describe to themselves how the story of the wedding in Cana affected them, what message, what spiritual gift they take home with them to their families and parishes.
The one-day event served as spiritual refreshment and strengthening for all those who took time to meet and pray together in the middle of their summer parish activities. The Greek Catholic Deaconal Office of Beregov also plans to conduct additional spiritual programs in 2024.
